Roy R. Stanley is our founder and principal attorney. Mr. Stanley's practice is focused on being a true counselor
at law assisting his clients at each stage of the legal
process with a keen eye for detail and an aggressive
approach to defending the rights of each client; while
also warning them of any liabilities that may arise.
Roy understands that every clients' legal matters are unique and he goes above and beyond to ensure that each client knows that they are his priority. No matter how big or how small Mr. Stanley is honored to serve each client and give the best representation he can provide. Roy brings a practical and reasoned approach to serving the needs of his clients and believes in delivering results above all else.
A former analytical chemist Mr. Stanley has found his true passion in Law. After completing his studies in Chemistry at both Grambling State University of Louisiana and the University of California at Davis, Mr. Stanley decided to choose law as his career path following the advice of his late mother Clarretta. Miss Retta as she was affectionately known always believed that the kid who always loved a good argument and always needed the last word would one day make a good lawyer. Roy made the switch to Law Completing his studies at Santa Clara University, J.D. (2006). Following the completion of his studies, Roy served as In-House Counsel for a Bay Area Construction Company and has operated Stanley Law since 2008 serving the greater Bay Area and Los Angeles.
